Quality inspections are carried out according to the agreed QC checklist and inspection standard — sampling or full inspection based on the agreed QC plan. Your stock is stored with 60 days of free warehousing, with no product or inventory volume restrictions, and packed in your branded packaging if you use it.

Connect your Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, WooCommerce or Wix store through our verified API integrations. Orders sync automatically for fulfillment, and tracking information is sent back to your store. If an API connection is temporarily unavailable, you can upload orders via CSV or Excel — or send details to your dedicated agent — and our team processes them manually.

DDP shipping options are available on major routes to the US, UK and Europe — door-to-door, duties handled where applicable, confirmed per product and destination. Air and sea freight are also arranged according to your requirements and route. Estimated transit times after dispatch are 6–10 business days to the US, 6–9 business days to the UK, and 7–12 business days to Europe — actual delivery times may vary by product, destination, customs clearance and carrier conditions.
